Career Days XVI at UPT

The first online edition

The 16th edition of the Career Days, the traditional job fair organized by the Career Counseling and Guidance Center within Politehnica University Timișoara, which was attended by 50 companies took place online, like most activities within the UPT during this period, in the current epidemiological context.

Thus, on the platform available on the dedicated website - cariere.upt.ro - companies were able to upload their job, internship, and diploma project offers, and students and graduates created accounts and applied for them.

To ensure the best possible interaction between students and graduates, on the one hand, and companies, on the other hand, between 13 and 15 May 2020, a series of online conferences were scheduled, during which companies had the opportunity to present and make their offers known. Each such presentation was followed by Q&A sessions, during which, through videoconferencing systems, those looking for a career offer could go live with company representatives.

For those who could not participate in these online conferences, the recordings were posted on the Facebook page of Politehnica University Timisoara, and the offers can still be accessed on the job platform available on the website www.cariere.upt.ro.
