We are happy to welcome teaching and administrative staff according to the rules of the Erasmus+ Programme.
If you work at one of our Erasmus+ partner universities, and you wish to spend a teaching or training period at UPT, please contact your Erasmus Institutional Coordinator to check the requirements in your home university regarding Erasmus teaching or training grants. To plan your stay at UPT, we kindly ask you to fill in and send by e-mail this
application form. It is advisable to do this as far in advance as possible in order to arrange for your teaching or training activities to be integrated into the existing programme. Before the start of the mobility the
Staff mobility for teaching agreement or
Staff mobility for training agreement should be signed by all parties involved. If you have any questions regarding this programme, please e-mail

If you work in a company in one of the Erasmus+ programme countries (all EU member states, Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia or Turkey) and are interested in a short-term teaching mobility at UPT to share your experience with students and staff, then an Erasmus+ STAI mobility might be worth considering. To apply for this type of mobility please fill in
this application form. The application form should be submitted at the latest 4 weeks before the planned start of the mobility. Costs related to transportation and accommodation will be covered according to the rules of the Erasmus+ programme. If the application is selected, UPT will issue an invitation letter.
Before the start of the mobility your file at the Department for International Relations should have the following documents: the dully signed
teaching agreement, the signed

The administrative aspects of Erasmus+ mobilities (invitation letter, teaching/training agreement, certificate of attendance, etc.) are all handled by the Erasmus+ Office. The teaching and training agreements of incoming staff members are valid only when signed by the Erasmus+ institutional coordinator, Prof. Dr. ec. Claudiu ALBULESCU (
