Entrepreneurial University

2016 - 2018

Politehnica University Timișoara participates in the project entitled Entrepreneurial University 2016-2018, organized by Junior Achivement Romania.

The Entrepreneurial University project objective is to support all the higher educational institutions in developing the entrepreneurial and intraprenorial approach in management, in relation with the business community. It also follows the development of entrepreneurial education and the dynamic training for the student's job market.

In the first phase, the project involves the use of the HEInnovate instrument. It will be used by the faculty's stakeholders (staff, professors, students, partner companies, students associations) in faculty matters. The instrument was developed by the European Commission and OECD.

HEInnovate is an self evaluate instrument created to offer recommandations, ideas and inspiration to the higher educational institution for an efficient management of the cultural and institutional changes.

In the second phase, the results of the self evaluation will be capitalized locally for the development of instruments designed for the faculty's staff and management, and for the development of entrepreneurial courses which are specific for the profile of the faculty and community.
